"I have been with Ross Whitfield State Farm since moving to Indy in 2018. I have worked with Marianne on everything from personal articles insurance to new home purchases and of course vehicle insurance as well. Every time I have needed a document or had to file a claim for something, I always got full support and guidance from Marianne and her team. Yes there are cheaper providers out there, but it pales in comparison to all the support and response you get from Ross Whitfield State Farm Insurance. It's one of the very few places left in this world where when you make a phone call, an actual person answers the phone and not a robo prompter that takes 10 minutes to get you to an actual agent. THANK YOU for simply being there and available when I need you guys!"

"We’ve been customers for 10 years and never had an issue (but also never filed a claim). The one time this year we had an issue, the claim process was miscommunicated and mishandled. We’re taking our insurance business elsewhere because if you can’t assist when we need it and just excel at sending birthday and holiday cards, we need a new agency."

"Let me start by stating we are sorry that you felt we let you down during your recent claim. That said, this was not you first claim; we actually happily assisted you with your claim in 2023. As I explained to you when we spoke on the phone, the notes staff left in your file mentioned they explained your deductible to you and advised you on suggested next steps. Unfortunately, you chose a different direction and are unhappy with the outcome. This pleases neither of us as we aim to provide extraordinary personal and professional advice to all of our valued clients. This is an area in which we pride ourselves and has become part of our agency's identify. The fact that we send personal birthday cards and holiday cards is just one way we go out of our way to provide a personal touch and express gratitude for the relationship we have with each household. As I expressed to you at the conclusion of our conversation yesterday, I do appreciate the opportunity to serve your family over the years; it has been my offices collective pleasure. I speak for my entire staff when I say we wish your all the best as you move on."

"Ross has been great at helping me with my home, auto, and rental property insurance. Since insurance is so opaque, it is difficult to tell when it what when shopping for a quote. After meeting with him and going through everything in detail, I was able to save over $1k a year on one of my properties because of his knowledge. The customer service is great as well."
