"Ms. Ingram, I have been in and out of the office dealing with family health issues and got back to you as soon as I was able. Taking a day to call you back shouldn't be considered unreasonable. I tried explaining to you that your claim was still likely to be covered if you could simply explain to us what caused the loss. Stating that "I don't know, my instrument just stopped working" is not an insurable loss. I tried to ask if it was due to water damage from a storm, power surge from a storm...something. You didn't seem to want to consider what I was saying. You cursed me out and hung up the phone. Even after being treated rudely, I called you back immediately to try and restart the conversation and explain how I still want to help. You sent me directly to voice mail. In my voice message I apologized that we weren't understanding one another and continued to leave the door open that I may be able to assist you with your claim as the current claim status is not final. Instead of calling me back, you left me this unfair review. Again, when you can, give me a call so that we may be able to put our heads together and come to a likely scenario as to why your musical instrument no longer operates. Hopefully, this arrived cause of loss is something we can cover. Thank you."
